Bacon-Wrapped Brussels Sprouts

A recipe with 3-ingredients that is super easy and full of fall flavors.

12 slices of raw bacon, cut in half
24 Brussels sprouts
Maple syrup
Honey mustard or barbecue sauce

  • Heat oven to 400 °F
  • Wash Brussels sprouts and trim ends
  • Cut raw bacon strips in half
  • Brush a light layer of maple syrup on the bacon
  • Roll bacon around the Brussels sprouts
  • Place on a baking sheet with bacon seam-side down
  • Bake at 400 °F for 25 minutes or until the bacon is fully cooked and crisp

Serve with a honey mustard and or barbecue sauce.
