24 Brussels sprouts
Honey mustard or barbecue sauce
- Heat oven to 400 °F
- Wash Brussels sprouts and trim ends
- Cut raw bacon strips in half
- Brush a light layer of maple syrup on the bacon
- Roll bacon around the Brussels sprouts
- Place on a baking sheet with bacon seam-side down
- Bake at 400 °F for 25 minutes or until the bacon is fully cooked and crisp
Serve with a honey mustard and or barbecue sauce.
