Salad:
8 cups of mixed fruit cut into bite-sized pieces (apple, grapes, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, etc.)
Dressing:
2 ounces cream cheese
¼ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
1. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, yogurt, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until combined and the sugar is dissolved.
2. Gently stir in fruit, being extra careful of tender fruit like mandarin oranges and raspberries.
3. Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
