Roasting Pumpkin Seeds

My little family and I carve pumpkins into fun and scary scenes every Halloween. This year, we decided to try something new by doing something with our pumpkins’ seeds; we tried roasting them. I’ve always heard about eating pumpkin seeds, and if you’ve ever watched a top-rated children’s show with an animated little blue dog, you have, too.

I used this recipe from Betty Crocker to make Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Seeds, and I was not disappointed. They are delicious, and I only wish I had carved more pumpkins!
